Your active sessions
Every one of our sessions is supervised by our active instructors, using
Power-Plate®, the latest in advanced vibration technology. By attending
our 30 minute sessions twice a week we can focus on building strength
and endurance in your muscles and improve flexibility. Thirty minute sessions
on the Power-Plate® can also improve skin tone and reduce cellulite.
