We have designed our Pilates program to target those problem areas such as buttocks, stomach, inner and outer thighs even cellulite.

Metabolically more active then fat, muscle burns more calories. So if you are trying to control your weight our equipment based Pilates program will not only ensure you burn fat and calories while you exercise, but also while you go about your daily activities even when you sleep!

Many have tried mat work Pilates and often find it hard to understand the basic principles. We offer a introductory plan which will fully explain what you will need to work on, Pilates basic’s and introductory to the Pilates reformer.
